Order processing
After payment is authorized, orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Delivery within Canada
Orders normally travel for 4–6 business days after dispatch. Carrier conditions, severe weather, remote-area service, and address corrections can extend this estimate, so a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking details are provided when available. Customers should review the delivery address before completing checkout and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
Delays, loss, or damage
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email bunijodu59@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will review the available carrier information and explain the next steps.
