30-day request period
A return or exchange request may be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered. The request period begins on the delivery date.
Eligible items
Eligible new and unused products may be returned, including when a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong style. We also assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
Approval and return instructions
Email bunijodu59@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include the order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Wait for approval and the correct return address; the business contact address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Return label and fees
A free prepaid return label is included with the parcel. If it is missing or cannot be located, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted following review and remain subject to available inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, the refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may require additional time before the credit appears.
