Currency and checkout
Store prices and checkout totals are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to validate and process the transaction. A bank or payment provider may decline, review, or temporarily hold a transaction under its own procedures.
Billing details and security
Provide accurate billing information. Payment credentials are processed through Shopify and the relevant payment provider; customers should never email a complete card number or security code.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The issuing bank may need additional time to post the credit. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and return steps.
