When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit normally takes another 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Can I request a return or exchange?
Yes. Eligible requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Review the Refund Policy before sending anything back.
Is a return label supplied?
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing, use the Contact Us page for help.
How long does a refund take?
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank posting time is separate.
How can I track an order?
Use the tracking details supplied after dispatch. For an unusual delay or missing parcel, contact our team with the order number.
